Just in case anyone else runs into this, they also want you to copy the url link to the affected tracks by right clicking on the track and choosing "Copy Track Link." Then you can paste that into your customer support report. The exact option might be listed differently if you are using a mobile device instead of a desktop, but it should be obvious.
