Can someone point me in the direction of a good DCS World Mission Editor?

From here ^^^ you can get a lot of specific questions answered. You can post questions in here, too; I'll try to help.

You can do a lot with the regular events logic in the Mission Editor. There are scripting solutions to more complex logic and that involves LUA code.
