OK... and Tigerwulf, you better not be looking! (lol, nothing will help me on this modern battlefield anyway, so go ahead and look.)

In this Scout Hummer there is a driver and a gunner, and then a scout team... are they one in the same, is the driver and gunner the scout team? Do I dismount the scout team and move them somewhere, or do I keep them in the vehicle to use the Laser Designator, if I have the scout team exit... can they take that designator with them or is that just vehicle assigned... any advise on using these scout teams in this modern era?

thx.

The big thermal sensor (LRAS3) stays with the vehicle. As long as the vehicle has two people on board, the sensor will get used, but the vehicle must be unbuttoned. You can use the two-man scout team for dismounted recon.

Along similar lines about dismounts I was a bit confused about russian squads and BMPs. They are a 9 man team but 3 of them are actually the BMP crew so when they dismount there are 6 inf and one 3 man BMP. I assume the thinking is that the BMP is now your base of fire.

For this match were playing Tigerwulf... I'd recommend you keep them all in, and those BMP's way out in the open... so they can see the battle. wink
