Hurray for Russian dash cams!
Except for the one where the idiot hit the baby carriage. He should have been shot in the head on the spot.

Amazed at the amount of lack of respect some of those riders had for other peoples lives not to mention their own.
Even more amazed at just how horrible they are at riding motorcycles. Some of those defied common sense. I think some of the terrible riding skills had something to do with vodka.
Good people sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.
Someday your life will flash in front of your eyes. Make sure it is worth watching.

I wanted to give up riding bikes a few years ago because I felt that every other road user had it in for me. Unfortunately being a motorcycle mechanic meant I was riding bikes all day long and had no choice.
Now I'm retired from that #%&*$# but I found that I can't give it up,although I no longer ride the big stuff.
Looking at these bike accident videos,it's apparent that the vast majority are caused by the idiot on the bike. Some of them get exactly what they deserve,it's just tragic that sometimes they take innocent victims out with their blatant stupidity.

Maybe because I am older, almost all the bike riders here in the uk are <insert male genital> heads.
Never in a million years would I have thought it would become common practice and accepted by the biking community and police to drive between two busy lanes on built up highways.
Spent quite a bit of time on bikes in australia, but bikers over here are plain stupid. Take into consideration that drivers in this country are of a generic poor standard as well and its not good.
Worst thing is, bikers will pull crazy #%&*$#, then kick your car because they got a scare...... then they try to blame you.
Now I wasn't a golden child on my bike, but I learnt to respect it very quickly. Crazy #%&*$# happened on track, or off road where the only person who was gong to brake something was me

Filtering through traffic has been legal in the UK by motorbikes for a long time, certainly at least as long as I have had my licence, it is legal as long as it is done safely.
Happened to a friend of mine that was heading south going between lane of almost stationary traffic, he was the 4th bike in going between two trucks when they drove together to stop him. Police were called by the truckers and they wanted him charged as they were fed up with bikes filtering. It ended up that the truckers were charged with dangerous driving. But its NOT SAFE As I said. Exceptionally retarded that such a DANGEROUS activity would be accepted by the biking community and authorities. Just really really really really utterly F'ing ridiculous. As a biker you surely know the dangers of doing that. People open doors, cars merge without looking or indicating and the gap some bikes go through leaves only a few inches from each handle bar. Its not safe, not acceptable and a stupid biker doing that who misjudges can blame other people. Yeah retarded. Worse thing is that bikers who do that are at higher risk of going under a car, and that's not nice when the car has children in the back. Bikers who do that have no respect, no common sense and shouldn't be riding.

I stopped filtering years ago. I took some flak for that from some of my fellow bikers/workmates but #%&*$# them,I've never had an accident filtering.Plus working in the motorcycle trade for 37 years I've seen some #%&*$# happen and my customer base get smaller every year due to accidents/deaths. I wasn't going to join them so I learnt to ride defensively.

In this context, I am unable to parse that last phrase. That's the get out clause: if you have an accident doing it then it wasn't safe and so you were driving carelessly. I seldom filter through traffic, to tell the truth I can't remember the last time I did it, and like Chucky says you have to put up with flak from your mates not doing it. On a recent motorcycle training course I was on the instructor was filtering through the traffic even though it is illegal to do so here in Belgium. The instructor was from BMW's training department and we were on an official BMW event, even though I was riding a Yamaha

Guess it doesn't matter what vehicle your in! I'm not leaving the house.
Was it, always like this????....lol.... I rode when I was 16-22 and was hit twice, broadside after having my bike a month, lady didn't yield the right of way. Year later was hit head on from a guy trying to beat on coming traffic and never looked my way. Sold my 3rd bike because I was just afraid I'd get hit again. My brother even let me use a 2nd bike he had 4 years ago and I barely used it. My son's Step Dad just asked me last week if I'll let him on the back of his Harley because he'll be his FB coach and the Step Dad wants to take the bike to practices all summer. Sadly I can't let that happen, I wouldn't allow him on the bike when I rode, so no way will I allow him on the back of someone else's bike. It's not his driving I'm worried about, it's everyone else!

I don't drive so much now (ditched the car last year) but what I do see a lot of is motorcycles being discourteous to other road users. Forcing their way to the front of a queue is one of my pet hates when it inconveniences other road users.
Yet bikes are commonly sold as a way to 'beat the traffic' and I guess that means open season on car drivers for some.
