that's a sick looking car, I wouldn't dare drive something like that around. Cops will be watching you, just looks like you're speeding while it's standing still wink

That's why I didn't get a red one. Off in the distance I want to look just like another Camry so the radar detector gets a chance to work.

You can rent exotics in Las Vegas, though they're pricey. You might want to look up Spring Mountain Motorsports. They're an hour west of Las Vegas and have 2 and 3 day drivers school in Corvettes. Also an exotic driving experience is available in Las Vegas. Not sure of the name but a google search ought to find it.

I think it's 75 mph limit on highways unless inside city limits than it varies.

Just wishful thinking on my part got a family sized car part of the package I booked.
Me and three other guys going to spend some time range shooting for first time.
Mite just look up that exotic driving experience though you only turn fifty once.
Guns and fast cars sweeeeeet.
So long as I am back before midnight and take my blood pressure medication I'm sure I will be fine. LoL

The new Corvettes are seriously nice cars. I'm envious.

Good people sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

Someday your life will flash in front of your eyes. Make sure it is worth watching.

Top Gun is right.

I had this car in 1984.

http://tenwheel.com/imgs/a/b/t/f/z/1978_chevy_corvette_pace_car_4397_show_car_cold_a__c_7_lgw.jpg

Cops would follow me everywhere.

One time I had one follow me so I pulled into a movie theater parking lot and went in.

There was nothing good playing but I hung around the Arcade for 30 min playing video games.

When I came out he was still there.

I went up and asked him: "Can I help you?"

He put the police car in drive and took off.

There's at least one plus to a Corvette. Your auto insurance is such a bargain. biggrin

Nice ride.

Damn, you must be doing good to afford that car. MSRP around 80K. Ouch.
What kind of options did you add ? Bet it really drove the price up.

Oh God. Corvettes. Had a '72. Black with red interior. Beautiful car. For years after I sold it I would a have a recurring dream. I'd be driving along and then I'd see my Corvette parked at a gas station with a "for sale" sign on it and I'd buy it back. You know, though, even if I had the money I probably wouldn't buy one , now. Too old. I'd feel stupid in it.
But what great cars. Love 'em. I'm a real Corvettaphile (just made that word up). Good luck with it.
