Had half a leg of lamb (without bones) in the freezer and decided that would make for a nice dinner today. After defrosting the meat I washed it and dabbed it clean with a paper towel. Spiked it with garlic, seasoned it with salt and pepper and seared it in concentrated butter from all sides. Added diced carrots, celery root, onions and a slice of bacon and roasted everything together gently for a minute or two. Added rosemary and thyme to the meat, added some red whine and broth and put it in the oven for an hour. Added a couple of halved potatoes (seasoned with salt, pepper and rosemary) and let everything stew for another hour. Absolutely yummy! Oh, and there's still quite a bit left of it...

The poor little innocent lamb.
There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB. The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed. There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

Right now my two inexpensive top sirloin steaks are marinating in a ready-made Lea&Perrin's Roasted Garlic Balsamic sauce. I was going to heat that in a pan of olive oil tonight, but Para_Bellum's post changed it to butter instead. My two sides will be a baked potato and some southern style baked beans. To chase it through my upper and lower GI a little more efficiently, I'll have a spinach and bacon salad. I had two snacks all day so I will be quite hungry in a couple of hours! Now, to go conquer some more territory in Total War Rome 2! After that some FIFA 15.
The issue is not p*ssy. The issue is monkey.

The poor little innocent lamb. Aw, that's nothing. Last night we had fish with hush puppies. Hush puppies!

You ate shoes? How did you get rid of the toughness?

The food on this thread looks and sounds delicious! While my father and I worked on the house all day he had his smoker going, it had a hickory citrusy smell to it. He just pulled out a pork loin and a turkey stuffed with kumquats (from his tree)... Old folk know what they're doing.

I used to cook everything with real butter, not margarine.
Then the doctor says my cholesterol and other things were too high so I have been cooking with olive oil ever since but some food don't taste as good as they did when they were cooked with butter. Try adding some flax oil, after it's cooked. It should bring back some of that richness, though it won't have quite the same flavour. And it's even healthier for you. Just avoid the brand X store-brand varieties that taste like brass.
