Any word on if they'll perhaps throw us a bone in the form of early access to the manual? just hope that it'll not take the same time as the MI-8 to get it....

As you may not be aware, a manual is the most difficult thing to create. Unlike the large teams involved in researching numbers and behavior, modeling systems and cockpit controls, and implementing all the things a sim requires, a manual requires one person to sit down and type stuff for multiple days.
This is an unreasonable request.

Can't imagine needing a manual for an airplane as basic as a Mig-15. Really, if you've flown WW2 planes in simulators, it's the same thing...but with a jet engine. They weren't too complex back then. I had the F-86 up and running in minutes. Then it's just a matter of learning the airplane's little quirks and habits.

Ditto, I hate it when people complain about the lack of a manual for the F-86, it's one of the easiest planes to start in DCS, but oh well.

I can see both sides to a certain extent, while I wont loose my crap over a late manual, I eventually want it as part of my hobby that is flight simming is having the printed manual on my book shelf.

If it's such a simple plane, it shouldn't take very long to finish the manual. The three WW2 planes have a very similar start up procedure, but that doesn't really justify writing "refer to the DCS P-51D manual for starting the Fw-190". The current precedent of a staggering 14 months between release of a module and the release of a draft of the manual is not acceptable. Don't get me started on the fact that notable updates to the actual module in this example have yet to surface.

Just download the real F-86 manual and adapt the control commands to DCS Key Bindings

Just download the real F-86 manual and adapt the control commands to DCS Key Bindings Skate, do you have a link to the manual? The only downloadable version I found (albeit after an abbreviated search) was the Milviz FSX manual. I'm wondering how to use all of the bombing gizmos myself.

Out of curiosity, is there anything left to fix for the Sabre? I got the impression it was released fairly finished and that there's nothing more to it Never mind, just tried and realized the automatic bomb dropping still doesn't work. No big surprise there, just disappointment.

Out of curiosity, is there anything left to fix for the Sabre? I got the impression it was released fairly finished and that there's nothing more to it. Plenty of stuff to fix. Emergency landing gear lever does not work. IFF system does not work. Gunsmoke issues and "dirty canopy" issues still need to be fixed. LABS is pretty much useless unless we eventually have nuclear ordnance to go with it (or bigger bombs). There are still some things to fix, but overall the module is functional and still a lot of fun to fly.
