Hi Guys

Just a quickie!

If you want to use three monitors (or more) in WOFF or any other flightsim..with Windows 7 and Nvidia card...do you need the Matrox triplehead2go...or can you do it just using splitters?

Most recent decent cards support more than 1 monitor, my Nvidia card has 3 outputs.

Obviously across 3 monitors the resolution goes up (with 3x 1920x1200 monitors your card will be doing 5760x1200 wink so make sure your card can cope with higher res.


You need to make sure you can connect that video card to all the monitors with various cables, for example you may use DVI on one, display port on another and hdmi or something on another.

(You can also get hdmi to DVI-D converter leads if your monitor only supports one or two types of connection).

Oh, thats a bummer..my card only supports 2 monitors.

I wonder if an upgrade would be cheaper than the Matrox alternative?...some research needed
