Like back in IL2 1946 where the labels by the plane would or could be the player, type of plane, and the distance.
I am playing off line and would like a few cheats for testing some things out. Or do those cheats only happen if you are in wonder woman view? I think I have the appropriate boxes unmarked in REALISM.

Turn on "enable icons" on the right hand side.

There's no "toggle icon" key a la il-2'46.

But you can change icons information - for example leaving only distance, or plane name, etc:


I always find dumb name of planes/squad over planes - did this in picture as player request - I think the best compromise is only distance and color as "IFF".

To this is njeed using the mp_dotrange commands in console, or with "alias" on RCU file.
Is possible set in one key/button with external keymapper, look there:

I could not find anything on changing the distance displayed like at 3km and then a bit later as we get closer 2.10 and then 1.75 or anything like that. Just when the plane label shows up and the color it is. I am not concerned about toggling the info on and off either. At least not at this time.
