IL-2 Battle of Stalingrad was designed to attract WarThunder customers in a number of ways. If you like WT you'll probably also like BoS. And no, I'm not a paid shill or fanboy of BoS. In fact I don't like the Single Player version of BoS as it reminds me too much of WarThunder. But I'll bet a lot of WarThunder customers will like BoS.

You will need a twisty joystick...no mouse fly in BoS. But other than that you'll be good to go! BoS offers both online MP and offline SP game play.

It's a bit of a near-sighted statement-there's quite a powerful FM in expert mode, something the large majority of WT users are most definitely used to.
And that's not the beginning of it.

But alas...

No thanks,I'll stick to WT.It's free.

I'm an ex-hardcore simmer who prefers the mouse to joystick nowadays but I may be tempted out of retirement by the right sim.I did consider BoS on numerous occasions but the recent s**t-storm that took over all the BoS related forums put me off.

I know I know,I never thought it would come to that.

I'll check out the reviews on BoS in a few months time, once everything (hopefully) has settled own.
