For anyone that's not already aware, StrikingSoftware.com has produced some great FREEWARE for the caribbean. The package that covers TNCM, TFFJ, and SABA is great for anyone (like me) that was feeling too cheap to buy the FlyTampa version.

However, once a nice freeware mesh was added to TFFJ, the runway StrikingSoftware runway didn't really line up with the trough in the hills... It made final approach... interesting.

I got the itch to fix it, and came up with this after heavily modifying the stock FSX layout.

I also made a little landclass adjustment around SABA.

Before:

After:

If I had some kind of billing rate for my personal time, I'm sure I've gone way beyond the cost of FlyTampa to make these changes. But I had a lot of fun in the process.

Detcord; That's a brilliant shot, I've been trying to do one like that for ages, never got the timing right.

Anyway, I know that ground shots aren't that common, but I really liked the attached pushback moment and thought it worthy of posting. Hope that you all like it.

AJ.

Kindest regards,

AJ
