*spits coffee* I should've expected this. How high is the lettering? I've got a .25 J-Head that should do a good job on the lettering. I've ALSO got a pair of four position 30 degree detent rotary switches sitting on my desk. You beat me to it. g.

Printed engraving is a crapshoot. I printed a mag switch cover that was totally wrong dimensionally and the letter engraving didn't come out so well with my .40 nozzle. Yes I found that out with the UC indicator for the Spit. You will lose a bit of crispness with 3D printing.By engraving a bit deeper it makes the text come out a bit better for when you paint it. If you're using SolidWorks, embossing text along a curve isn't that difficult. I've done it before (with some assistance). If you're interested, I can ping my SW guru and ask him to help me write up a tutorial on the process. Cheers mate thanks I can send you the SLT file for the Mag switch that I have already if you want to play with it
