. Greetings all. I've not had much time to work on my maps this summer but I do have the northern Marne region ready for you WOFF navigators. As before, the mapping date is 1 February 1916 so only the aerodromes in use at that point are going to show on this one. Right click on the image and open it in a new tab and you can then save the full-size image to your computer. This map will mesh with both my Flanders and Verdun maps by clipping out the area you want and laying it on top of either of the aforementioned maps. At some point down the road I will make the needed adjustments to the edges of the Flanders and Verdun maps as there is a bit of distortion in each but for now it will all work fine if you lay the new Marne map on top. I hope to do the south region of the Marne sometime in the not too distant future but I am entering into my busy time of the year so it may be a ways out. Happy Navigating! Lou .

Amazing! btw, I wonder why no one notices the new version of Ankor shadow mod. Is it because the thread name is old?

Lou, you have done me a great favour with this map. Maybe the Marne region is the area where I fly most of all (Jasta 14, 15, 17, 19, 21 and more), and your fine map will serve me well for years to come - thank you very much for your time and labour!

Very good, Lou! Thank you! And just in time for the actual challenge, great! (Until today, I was substituting your perfect maps with the drawing above for this region...)

Yeah, I too use sketches and note books.
Lou, which font style did you use for the airfield names? I like to add them, when their time comes.

. Thanks for the positive feedback folks, glad you are finding the map useful. Olham, the font I used is 'Georgia'. Rover, I figured it was something lost in translation, I just wanted to be sure it wasn't some glaring error I'd made to the map that was causing the hilarity. .
