Is there a text file I can edit to change the blackboard/chalkboard font, it is kind of hard for my old eyes to read. I think I remember seeing a post where someone figured out how to change it but I can't find the thread.

I'm not sure how to do that Bucksnort but you could hit ctrl+ to increase the size of the text on any web page and ctrl- to reduce the size.

Not just the blackboard but some of the italics make it hard to read. Would be nice if you could make a quick font swap without gooning up the display.

Yes, its the italics I would like to change. Everything else is fine, but the font used for the pilot names for A flight and B flight is what I would like to change to something easier to read if anybody knows how.
