btw, it's interesting to see Brazilians paying tickets to go to Argentina games to root for the other team. I don't know if locals have discount tickets or what, but those things were expensive.
Our guys were just more handsome I guess

Holland needs to improve a lot if they want to beat Argentina. First match i nearly felt asleep. Well done Costa Rica but they were harmless for about 110 minutes.

Depends, poor people have a stupid (bolsa fifa) bag fifa ticket , wich is afordable at 25-45 usd....the normal tickets ranges around 100-150 usd, we dont get discount cos we live here, i dont know if other cups had that.
Also did you guys spot this nike ad ? very cool

I've been following International and club football for many moons, and this World Cup has to be the most entertaining I've seen. What a great tournament. I can only hope the semis and the final can live up to all that has happened thus far.
I picked Argentina to win it and they are still there, even if they have been less than convincing. So, who do you think will emerge from the final four?
No, now go away or I shall taunt you a second time!

I predict Germany and Netherlands will move on.

Yep but I mean who will win it all? I didn't phrase it well. Or semifinal and final predictions just as welcome! I'm going to stick with Argentina, every team still remaining has it's question marks.

I may be biased, but so far only the German team (despite its weak moments) has demonstrated that they can recover from set-backs, handle tactical challenges, play well AND can fight if necessary. Brazil has lost its two most important players. The Netherlands were effectively neutralized in the last game and won the penalty shoot-out more or less by plain luck. Argentine is too Messi centric IMO ... but of course they only need a single moment of genius early on and a solid defense for the rest of the game to win the world cup. Still, all in all I'll place my bets on the German team.

As much as i want Argentina to win, i agree with you and also think Gemany has been the more solid time at the moment. And think that it's the best team of the four remaining. But on football, very often, the better team does not win.

MUAHUAHUAH?aHAAHA and everyone was saying brazil 2x0....take that ! thats what it gives to be too reliant on a single player, now the team will be completely demotivated instead of being motivated to turn around, the team need a good captain, instead it has a guy with no experience. ARJENTINA ARJENTINA !

How do you say "spanked hard" in Portuguese?
