I heard they're going to CGI in some blood splatter and spurts to give some credibility to the tough men rolling around on the ground crying at the simplest of brushes from other players.

Hello, how is the transmission of the games out there ? here they muffled the background audio becouse during the opening the audience were chanting hey Dilma, go f#@% youself when they saw the president, and out PT.
Thanks all. I worked my arse off for six months over that so it's good to know it's appreciated. There are 30 second edits for TV commercials as well, I saw one of them at half time this evening. There's also a billboard in Times Square, and life-size (or thereabouts) mannequins of the characters in Nike stores around the world.
As for the film. I was 3D modelling supervisor for the environments and props, but did a lot of the modelling and texturing myself as well (sometimes it's the only way to get it done properly). Notable things being the stadium, astronaut, a crap ton of stuff in the favela as well as the footballs and the boots. At one point my own models of my actual bikes were in the sports shop but they got removed for some reason. Still slightly annoyed about that, not that it makes much difference to the final thing.

There was a few video pauses (10 > 30 secs) in the first half but the audio was still there.
There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB. The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed. There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.
Just an FYI, Univision is streaming all the games from the first two rounds online in the U.S. The websites in spanish, as is the commentary, but the games still international
