Doesn't make it right to abuse someone without a trial, or even after a trial.

You will likely have to rewrite the scene so it happens "off screen". Remember years ago many sex scenes were led up to then faded to black when the door closed or they turned off a light.

You don't always need to SEE something happening to know it did. It depends on what story you're trying to tell.
