I was doing the Su-25 instant action mission the other night, and as a result of my horrendous tactics I was constantly taking hits and having to restart. During those many times of being shot down, though, the only sound I ever heard (besides the basics of weapons firing, engines, etc) was the RWR. No Master Warning, no #%&*$#' Betty, no AoA/stall horn, nothing...

Is that normal for the 25, or is my install broken?

There is still lot of bugs in 1.2.8 beta so wait for final.

I5 8400 , 16gb , GTX 1070 oc , Win10 64bit . Virpil T-50 27" monitor with 2560x1440 rez ... DCS + Oculus CV1 + Samsung Odyssey . (odyssey is better for flight sims)

I'm actually still on 1.2.7, unless it auto-updated. It just seems weird for the 'pit to be so silent after taking fire...

Make sure your IR jammer is on and your ECM pods, the IR jammer is quite good so long as the missile is at the 6 o'clock.

Honestly, most of my shootdowns were due to a face full of Mi-24 12.7 mm... I'm still getting used to attacking helicopters. Those things can take a beating!
