Its a toss up between these and the metal Slaw Device pedals for me, and I can't make my mind up. Please go for MFG...it's awesome, i purchased one and i am very happy with it. For those concerned about sliding..I have a different problem...My chair has wheels on it's base, and I am having problem with my chair sliding across floor when I use pedals, mainly when flying HUEY ...

Great review... these pedals are on my list of next up flight sim gear.. My Saiteks are well over 7 years old.. second set.. and my first set of CH pedals lasted about 3 years.
Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.

Nice review AggressorBLUE, it touched on all the important points and did so with humour.
I was happy to read that the material is not laminated MDF as I had mistakenly assumed. Hard to choose between these and the Slaw pedals- they both look so good! Now I just have to wait for my CH pedals to die (still going after 8 years!) C_G

Tigerlord, just curious: if you're not using the Obuttos desktops, monitor stand, or front steering mount, why use the forward frame? It seems it's just give you less room to deploy the pedals.

Thanks! And I'd advise not waiting on your current pedals to give out. I used (and quickly sold) a set of CH pedals. Worst on the market IMHO. Way too narrow, and essentially zero feedback on the axis. Sure, CH stuff lasts forever, and generally gets the job done(I was pretty happy with my CH Fighterstick and pro-throttle for a while), but after upgrading to a warthog and the crosswinds, I'm never going back. Quality, precision hardware takes simming to a whole new level! In short: Dooooooo it!

Likely because the rear frame secures to the front section, the rear section can't stand alone. Actually it can just fine. I stripped the front section off mine when I added the triple 40" monitors on thier own custom stand.

Anyone have ordered those rudders recently ? How long did it take to get order confirmation for you? Thank you. I purchased the MFG Crosswinds and communication from Milan was great, next business day. Of course it is based on timezone. I can actually fly the Gotha in Rise of Flight now

How did it go for you Hawat?
Milan gave me my order confirmation on the 24th of July, and he responded next business day to all my emails.
I'm looking forward to this upgrade.
