Ok my second message where I asked why my issue report was removed was removed too even you said it wasn't.

I don't understand, I will ask SimHQ staff what rules I broke or whats going on.

I thought you clearly stated that you were moving on?

Moreover you clearly stated that the help we offered was nonsense.... so please move on.

Or send us your order number and we can help you on support.

Its reason to delete issue thread? Yes I said I will move on, not about delete issue report, maybe some other users will see it and identify same issue happening to them.

Anyway I asked SimHQ staff what exact forum rule I broke.

I though you are professionals. Your game with all DLCs is not cheapest thing and I am not sure if I deserved simple delete. I will really thing twice if I will buy skin pack and other stuff from you and more I think about it my two order numbers for base WOFF and Fokker Addon will be last you have from me.

You see maybe if you actually read what we stated we might be able to help but simply responding that its nonsense and that you can solve the issues your self does not help you or anyone else - clearly you have not been able to solve the issue yourself so why not:

1) read what we have to say - yes we have a lot of experience via support with weird PC issues..

2) try the support line

... before getting all irate in a thread and stating that its all nonsense - even after you said you would move on?

The offer to help still remains:

support@overflandersfields.com

And if you post more rebuttals to people trying to help I will delete this thread again before it turns nasty.

I said I will move on with issue, not with post as someone other can identify same happens to him. Yes I wrote to stop saying about faulty PC or installer after multiple answers like that. All above is your interpretation. Anyway I am now really finished here. Don't want be drama queen here or worse a Troll.

We tried to explain it CAN be overclocking, please rule it out. NO OTHER has reported this issue, so if many many people are running fine, how can it be the software for sure.

We offered to help you in the original post in Support but you then said it wasn't your PC? It IS something on your PC. It is anti virus interfering PLEASE READ THE FAQ. OR it IS some other software interfering. PLEASE at least try what we suggest. If you had the same in other installs it must be some software you run.

Go try please, look for any unusual software, background tasks, Game boosters, Anti Virus etc and disable them.

Even if 2 people out of 1000s have the same issue it can still be a PC issue as they may also run similar software however so far it is just one, you.

Povlovski, yes and I replied my PC is not overclocked and my game is not modded. After that I got "faulty" PC or installer advices again. Nevermind, lets move on, its not so frequent as I said and if its only me I can live with it. I was just shocked with behavior of board moderator. In time you said to me there is no conspirancies or so and my post was moved to tech forum (it was really there) post was already deleted just right I made my comment to stop about faulty PC and so on. I felt bit strange to say at best.

BTW I run MS Essentilals as AV and never had issue with it yet. Works far better for me that other paid AVs.

No one is saying "faulty" PC. Overclocking was ONE suggestion, we are not sitting at your PC! We don't know if you run at 1Mhz or 60000mhz.
Please read my post about >>> SOFTWARE <<<.

"MS Security Essentials" interferes with some installs of WOFF. Please disable it and try again.
You may need to reinstall with MSE turned off. I did say this in post 1.

I have exception rule in MS essentials for whole Games folder where I install all my games. Anyway I will try reinstall whole WOFF with MS essentials disabled.

Thanks. Also try running with it off when testing.

It may also be other background software or drivers. See if you have a common tool or driver you have used on other pc too that had same issue.

The WOFF FAQ section 17) goes over the correct way to uninstall and reinstall and also mentions the need to try with AV disabled if you have issues.
