Very sad to hear.

In the first acticle, someone mentioned they have never seen sharks before in that area. I wonder if climate change or global warming has anything to do with sharks going into areas they normally would not venture into. I think Ill stay in my pool this summer.

Quite a few of the Shark species will migrate up and down the coast as well. In the area where I am we have a great white juvenile "playground" where you'll have 20-30 2-3 metre Great Whites along the beach eating the Salmon and other fish that arrive around this time of year.

There's certainly been quite a few more fatals of late.

Well, no one saw or heard anything, so it's still an "alleged" shark attack.

Shark fishermen are not too well liked by me and lots of people I know. Seriously, what kind of moron would bait and sometimes even chum for sharks in an area used by surfers and swimmers?

I know of more than one who was "educated" physically about how dumb it is.

Look for me on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or Tic Toc...or anywhere you may frequent, besides SimHq, on the Global Scam Net. Aka, the internet.
I am not there, never have been or ever will be, but the fruitless search may be more gratifying then the "content" you might otherwise be exposed to.

Like Gordo said, it's more likely it was migrating. Of course just because people don't see them often, doesn't mean they aren't there...

Sad though. Had one in WA the other day, even though the government has been doing shark culls for a few months.

I refuse to buy a flight sim that I have no interest in playing, on the off chance that MAYBE someday they'll make the one I really want to play.
