I have discs and license keys for ARMA II/sundry DLC, and I was wondering if it is possible to migrate my licenses to Steam...?

It is. I've never done that but i think that under Games option you have to choose Add a New Game or something like this, mine is in portuguese. It will ask for the game key and you're done.
