Is it a fail? Looks like they fire the anti-air craft cannons in a small burst, then fire off a missile, then the cannons again in a burst, then fire them off in a stream.
If that cameraman is still alive (questionable) I bet he ain't happy. Horrible malfunction control on the part of the gunner (assuming tunguskas aren't so ridiculously designed that they can lock out the user and do that on their own).
Scully: Victim died of multiple stab wounds. Mulder: *throws her a file* Ever heard of the knife alien?

Assuming it was a computer bug and not an electromechanical issue.
Reminds me a bit of the problems Patriot was reported to have with misidentifying radar contacts as hostile and automatically engaging them. Supposedly something to do with how the RAF Tornado got shot down by a Patriot in 2003 and a USN F/A-18 also got fired on.
When I did the weapons maintenance course at HMS Collingwood they showed us a fantastic video from Gulf War 1. An RN minesweeper doing a live shoot of its 30mm BMARC. Whoever prepped the weapon for firing didn't properly attach the barrel and the whole gun disappeared in a a huge puff of smoke and the barrel shot off over the side of the ship.
