Hi guys,

Our long running Iron Front multiplayer session is on hold starting next week, February 15th, through the foreseeable future. Changes and new ideas regarding SimHQ Arma weekend multiplayer (including WW2 themed play) are under active discussion.

Well, it may not be fully over. We'll be keeping an eye on the conversion for Arma3. I think that's where the future of IF is really at.

Any thoughts about playing some other mods for ARMA 3?

There's some good looking Vietnam mods coming out over the next few months/years. Could provide a nice change of pace in gameplay compared to regular A3.

I'm sure Invasion '44 will be releasing all there stuff for A3 in the future as well.

We may indeed look at some of them. For anyone who hasn't yet, check the new SimHQ "Saturday Sampler" subforum. This upcoming weekly event will be devoted to running/testing various addons for Arma3. Some will run longer term, some shorter, depending on how they are liked.
