This is for the BMS mod. It can work with any Falcon version I'm sure, as it just sends keystroke commands, but I put it together using BMS's keys.

Roccat Power Grid is a free app/host software for Android and iOS that let's you download and create extra control profiles to use from your smartphone for games, system, software, etc. You can even view realtime system stats, get social updates, etc. Thanks to Macedk's original thread at the BMS forums introducing me to it, I whipped up an ICP from scratch in Photoshop this morning. It works wonderfully!

Then import into Power-Grid.

NOTE: if a key does not work or does something different, please checkout the grid's bindings and change them if you need to. I didn't mess with any of the original callbacks other than for my HOTAS, so it should work fine.

I plan on making more grids from the different F-16 panels/systems.
