Aside from an impact bomb best benefiting from a nose fuze, I have no real understanding for when I might choose a tail or nose-tail fuze for my bombs. If I mix a fuze up, for example arming a ballute bomb with a nose fuze instead of a tail fuze, will I get unexpected results? I am not a fuze or bomb expert, so any perspectives are appreciated!

Dropping a high drag bomb with only the nose fuse armed will result in the chute/tailfins not deploying, making it a low drag bomb. Not arming the nose fuse should result in the bomb not exploding. Can't remember how and if any of this is modeled in any of the Falcon versions though.

AFAIK, BMS does not implement the fuse settings correctly.
