Hats off to OBD and the "help desk"!

They spent hours with me today getting WOFF to work and it wasn't even their problem so to speak;
The malfunction was on my end that a reinstall of my OS solved.

The gentleman who helped me throughout the day (dunno if I should post his given name here) was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional.

This kind of customer support is rare in this day and age and it was much appreciated!
You have a customer and friend for life gentleman.

Yep, when I first got the game, they spent a good portion of a Saturday morning assisting me....great service.

Pol - if you're reading the above tributes, can I ask you to check the support@overflandersfields email please? I've got a download problem and only 3 days to get something sorted! It's all explained in the email.

Yes, let me chime in here as well.
WM assisted me when I was having trouble with my controllers.
He was very expedient and helpful (even offering to skype me to walk me thru it).

Pol has also assisted me with a few threads and questions that I've had.

Assistance and support like this means a LOT to me, and I'm sure others.
