Salut

just tried this and it seems to help. Started the game, went through the task manager and assigned Woff to cores 2,3,4 and went back to game. Did not get rid of all stuttering all the time, but the Sim ran rather smoothly with pretty good FPS (for my weak sys).

Give it a try and see if it helps

It's the CFS3 exe that you would assign for better performance, and I've seen that help a game about 1 time in 100. nope
