well i tried it, theres still a lot of bugs present, its playable, but theres some nasty sound bugs with the tanks and quirks with the uniforms (non of my US guys actually had the US uniforms!). Also the daytime is by far, WAY to bright. In all honestly think we should give em a little bit more time to work on it (if they are that is) before we start using it.
Tis really cool being able to use arma3 mods though!

Wouldn't it be better to play the real IF patched to 1.06, than to play it as an ArmaII mod?
**I can't believe IFL support died to fast. It could have been a great game.

We had nothing comparable. Major-General F. W. Mellenthin, Chief of Staff of XLVIII Panzer Corps., referring to the T-34 tank.

So glad to hear this is making progress. First thing I notice... Ouch, it requires both A2OA and A3. Huge chunk of HDD, combined with IF. I'll need to reinstall A2OA (and probably uninstall something else! ) And I didn't see it mentioned in my brief perusal, but something that would be really welcomed is an IF mission converter tool. That way our existing mission library could be brought along into the future.

Works for me, held off the A3 version for now. But works just fine in A2CO. However.........I read in the blog about compatibility with other mods like I44. Needs some work, I set out to test it. Once you have worked around the fact the sides colours are opposite (you can change unit affiliation in editor). Tried some tank on tank action. Problem is the penetration system, tried with and without the I44 module. Iron Front tanks are immune to shots from I44 guns but can shoot back and damage/destroy I44 tanks. Im sure the IF converters will get round it. Great conversion lots of work and much scope for interesting scenarios.
