Xcom, and anyone of a number of map applications. Favourite being the UK O/S 1:50,000 maps app. Also if your into flightsimage then you now have a touch screen panel with endless uses !

Pocket Informant - much better than Calendar IMHO
Weather Channel
Dropbox
Calculator - amazing that iPad doesn't come with one standard!
Yelp
Netflix
Fandango
YouTube
Xcom
Pacific Fleet
ESPN ScoreCenter
Chrome
Nook/Kindle (or both)
Pocket - great for saving articles to read later
iControl DCS - touchscreen Warthog cockpit

Those are some of mine that get used a bit

Throughout history, poverty is the normal condition of man. Advances which permit this norm to be exceeded β€” here and there, now and then β€” are the work of an extremely small minority, frequently despised, often condemned, and almost always opposed by all right-thinking people. Whenever this tiny minority is kept from creating, or (as sometimes happens) is driven out of a society, the people then slip back into abject poverty.

Yeah, Angry Birds is neat for a quick little downtime game.
I like Sudoku HD too, it's a great Sudoku game if you are into that.

This iPad is evil and addictive.

As y'all can see, I haven't been here much the past 3 days.

I also haven't fired up my PC and Laptop for the past 3 days.

IMHO the best planetarium app right now is Sky Safari 4 Pro which is on sale for $20 right now. You probably don't need the pro version for casual use though..
