Vet Believed it may have been combination of Fleas and an outside herb (wild onions or something), which we had alot of in the yard for some reason. and she liked to eat grass....

Several dogs in our neighborhood in the last 2 years have had random severe anemia, Usually During mid-Summer.

She has actually aged some, grey hair, lost a few teeth due to her underbite.

But the highlight of her day is the walk around the block.

First up my Boxers Tyson and Ali. Ali is about 9 now and Tyson about 7.

Then we have Vader (my 6 year old son named him) the Bearded Dragon. He is full grown, not sure exactly how old as he was given to me by someone my father did work for. There son was leaving for college and couldn't take Vader with him.

Then we have Baboo the bearded dragon. After getting Vader, I thought it was so kewl I wanted a baby so ran out to a local pet shop and picked him up. Roughly about 6 months old.

Remember my Husky thread? Well we got Dakota. She turned 3 months on the 22nd. Last night I got up from my computer and she jumped in my chair. The picture is about 14 hours old. She is the most stubborn dog I have ever met. She gets pissed at me and runs over to her water bowl and "digs" in it splashing water all over the floor on purpose. She is learning though.

Most of mine from the past 10 years.

George, my 8lb peanut who LOVED to scrap. The most outgoing cat I ever saw, he went right up to anyone who came around.

Boo, George's sister whom I got from a friend's wife when she (Boo) got pregnant the 2nd time. The 2nd pic is her with 3 kittens from that litter.

Hannibal & Clarice, siblings I got from a friend. They were ALWAYS together.

Sasha, the silliest, killingest, jealousest cat I've ever had.

And my latest additions, Captain Hook and Miss Grey (shelter names, I haven't decided on new ones yet.)

Are they all still alive?

George, Hannibal, and Clarice are all dead, and there are 5 others I've had that I didn't post pics of.

Damon, one of Boo's kittens that my sister gave back to me. He was hit by a car.

Two of Boo's kittens from her 2nd pic that I kept, Squeaks (right) & Tiger (left.) She disappeared when she was a little over 1 year old, came back a few weeks later, then Tiger disappeared. Squeaks disappeared for good maybe 2 months after Tiger.

Everyone loved Boo!

And this is Jethro, a feral I feed and see on just about a daily basis. I've had no luck getting hold of him to have him checked out by my vet.

Bubble.
Not the brightest bulb in the house but she tries hard enough

Picked her up as a puppy 3 yrs back in an alley in Shanghai, now moved to HK. Ginger-colored, short-legged and a fondness for chewing my running shoes.
Loads of them roaming the fields and streets in Eastern China.

Cheers,
Slug

Picasso as a puppy.. I was opposed to getting a dog.. but my wife drove 3 hours to pick him up and brought him home. Eventually he won me over.. it actually didn't take very long..

Picasso today

Moxie was a rescue dog. My wife's mother initially got him but couldn't keep him so we took him as a companion for Picasso.

It's hard to argue with making it to 19! Sorry your long term buddy is gone though WC. He had it pretty good to live that long. So many cats around here have only a year or two due to the roads.
