"Next Friday you'll get the previously known LaGG-3 and Bf-109 F-4, but this time they will get their firepower back. We'll setup 7.62mm and 20mm weapons with historically adequate AR and HE rounds. AI-controlled planes are going to be the targets for you. They will have weapons as well, but they shouldn't be a problem for skilled pilots."

A bit confusing but great news for those of us who haven't been able to join in until now because of real life commitments mid week.

I could care less about the LaGG but can't wait to start blowing things up in the Freidrich!

Next access begins on the 6th. No access middle of the week while we prepare the guns we mentioned. Only opportunity to switch to weekends to make more users happy.

If we did it any different, it would be a bit longer for weapons.

But the dates are different here due to time zones and I work play during the weekends ;P
Sorry just being a pain. I don't actually work weekends. But I imagine some do.

When do you think you will be able to offer 24/7 access?

While we're asking questions...

- will the AI bots have any defensive moves or will they be like towplanes?
- will ground objects be destructable?
- will bullet strikes show on aircraft targets as decals or as unique damage?
- will internal structures in aircraft be visible?
- will hit boxes be placeholders or final?
- will AI pilot kills be modelled?
- will AI bailouts be modelled?
- will any new effects or DMs be shown?
- will tracer smoke be visible?
- will loadouts be configurable or fixed?

The flight sim community reminding me of bickering 5 year olds gets really old over time. It's really no wonder the genre suffers. I probably need to stop frequenting so many forums and start getting onto TS with people that actually want to have more fun than petty arguments rant-on-off
