The MP missions we play, aren't they downloaded in a folder... where? So I can check them out and play some of my favorites.

Mine are here mate

Saved Games\Documents\Arma 3 - Other Profiles\Tigerwulf\Saved

If you haven't moved your save games folder it will be in C:/Users/%username%/Saved Games\Documents\Arma 3 - Other Profiles\%Magnum?%\Saved

Take a look in C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\ArmA 3\Mpmissions
(Note 1: AppData is a hidden directory)
