Although looking at the post, I'm a bit confused. They Mention Global Base (which is out now), Open LC (which was already announced) which is the land class product, and now Global Vector, the vector product.

OK, got it.

And then they confirm those are the three main products.

Still good so far...

THEN the screenshots show this other thing, Global Mesh. When did they announce a mesh product? And why isn't it referenced.

I believe Orbx is using FS Global mesh products from PILOT's. That's the same company who is doing Global Vector for them.

Okay.


Then again, you can use any mesh you want with the vector data, landclass and textures.
So never fear if you already own a global terrain mesh or don't have money to buy one.
