Agreed. They needed toning down not ramping up.

And, you mean the tanks were in and now they've taken them out? Why?

I think Mace he means the tanks are out, not the tanks have been taken out. At least that's my slant but I could be wrong

After a short test of it...

Hatchback Sport has a crazy powerful engine and it can get up to 200 MPH
Pleasantly surprised that the Merkava(M2A1 Slammer) has 6 seats in the back.
Multiple artillery shells are available... the cluster shell is orgasmic. Also the artillery can fire across the entire map but it takes 3 minutes (for MLRS) to reach the target.
The AFV-4 Gorgon APC for Greenfor looks to be the size of a Stryker but again sadly it seats only 8 guys.
There is a HEMITT variant that is just like a truck cab.
There is a civilian police boat and it has emergency lights on top, sadly no horn though.

Open your *username*.Arma3Profile, find the difficulty section that you use (class Recruit, Regular, Veteran, etc.), and change precisionEnemy=x.x; to a lower value. I have mine set at 0.5 and firefights are intense but last a lot longer

I was just playing a simple scenario in the editor. An 8v8 tank battle. I'm sure this isn't surprising to anybody playing with tanks in the dev build, but it's a bit disappointing to see when there are tank collisions with each other, tanks can flip over easily, like they're made out of paper. I also saw some tanks punted in the air and thrown about 50m away. ... And the full game is released next week? eek

Still like the game, but hmmm...

I always think its funny when people "test" scenarios, vehicles, weapons in a way that's not natural or in the proper manner. It's software, of course if you do things not natural to "test", you'll get bad results.

Now try testing a 8 vs 8 tank battle at proper distant and/or usage... See what happens. (I have, and pretty awesome.)

The bouncing vehicle bug has appeared a couple of times during the alpha/beta period. It's been fixed each time. They know of it and how to fix it, so I'm sure it will be fixed before launch.
