guys I managed to get a nearly new CH Combatstick at a steal. I will be mainly using it with DCS A-10 & Huey (using the throttle of a T. Flight HOTAS) and as a joystick for MWOnline and Steel Beasts.

While I am waiting for it to be delivered I was wondering if others use this stick? I see plenty of love for the fighterstick but not so much for this model. I sthere a reason?

I feel for civilian and WWI simulations the Combatstick is absoutely great unless you want/need force feedback and you probably have no use for additional coolie hats anyway. Fighterstick (I never used it) might be superior for current era fighter sims and that's what more people play.

I have a fighter stick, a buddy has the combat stick. We both love them. I think you'll enjoy either one, they are great devices!
