A couple friends and I are interested in joining you folks for an occasional ArmA session. I have joined a few SimHQ ArmA2 sessions a couple years ago, and really enjoyed them. Due to work and family schedules it will most likely be the Monday events. As such, I've downloaded and installing the MODS for ArmA2 in Adlabs thread above.

My question then, Is this a current list for ArmA2? Do you use any mods for ArmA3? We've recently downloaded and installed Taosenai's weapon resting mod version 2.2 and really like the way it functions. We also have been using the Shack Tactical HUD. Obviously, we can turn these off or on as needed, but I would like to be as prepared as possible before joining.

Thanks in advance,

~S~

If you've got everything in the sticky your good to go. Things like the STHUD are also recommended, but not essential, though i'd be lost without it smile

As for arma3, we only play it on the occasional monday, its still not quite ready to fully switch over to it yet.

Hey Boomer,

There are no required mods for Arma 3 (such as maps or addons) when we play it. You do want to have the standard branch loaded, not the Dev branch.

You can use any client side mods you wish, for instance I use CBA, ShackTaq HUD, and a mod that shows me my current stance on screen.

Everybody gets everything they want. I wanted a mission. And for my sins..they gave me one.
