This topic sounds familiar
I will assume that you have the Flanker 2.0 CD, and that you're manually patching it to 2.5.
You must install the training missions after installing the 2.5 (first) addon/patch, and BEFORE the 2.51 final patch. I believe the problem you're having is that the training mission updater cannot find the correct EXE version (it's lookin' for the 2.5 original). I will assume that you updated Flanker to the final 2.51 or perhaps one of the earlier betas.
1. Install Flanker 2.0
2. Install Flanker 2.5 addon/patch.
3. Install Training Missions updater.
4. Install 2.51 final patch.
