Yes, at least once as far as I know.
Of course, that was against MiG-29s in the Eritrea/Ethiopia conflict, so it's not necessarily the best test!
This same conflict is the basis for the GR expansion, Desert Siege, although there aren't any Flankers or Fulcrums in it.
