I'm coming back to this sim after a substantial period of time away. I've upgraded to the latest 2.51 version but for the life of me I can't remember how to use the hat switch to control the views. If IIRC
wasn't there a keystroke that you had to use in combination with the hat switch? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Go into options and map the views to the hat switch.

what you prolly mean is the shift key. When held down, the view panning is much faster. Really helps when normal panning speed is too low. Like...always?
