I played lots of PR years ago. Since I moved to my new PC with Windows 7 I have yet to install it in a few years but always loved the giant maps and teamwork. Does anyone have more info about this new release? Do you not need the vanilla BF2 anymore? Will this be a separate game now?

Or should I just move on to ARMA 3 of Battlefield 4 on my PC since it's hard to run this on Windows 7?

What the heck ever happened to PR for Arma 2 anyways.

Looks like you still need BF2 discs. I still have them...just couldn't get them to run on windows 7. Anyone have any tips?

Yup imho the potential for PR with ArmA 2 was way higher than BF2 but since the Arma 2 crowd seems only to be interested in Coop the Arma 2 PR servers where always empty! I had a few fun games after the initial release but since then every time i fire up PR for ArmA 2 the servers are poorly visited!
