I would never want a car like that. It's like being given a P-51 and only allowed to taxi it around the airfield. Far better to have a car that is incapable of overdriving the roads and laws. There's always tracks, and you can wring a car out on the road quite a bit if you're careful. However I agree to some extent, if I ever really feel the need for another high performance vehicle, it'll probably be a Unimog or a Pinzgauger rather than a fast car. Anyway, how much is that modded LT5 putting out?

And those bow-ties are just begging to be let loose on a track... Snake, any thoughts on the new stingray?

I like them. Got a chance to see one in person at Sebring in March. They look good in pictures but even better in the flesh. I don't think I'd trade my current ride for less performance though. The C7 Z06/ZR1 version should be interesting if/when it comes out in a year or two.

Well Snake, did the two of you take them out and run them ? Haha...now...now. We both need a security clearance for our jobs so a felony is not something you want to report to the security guys.

Nice ride yourself. Like the stripes as I've never seen one with that specific configuration. Thanks....they are pretty unique for a Challenger. The guy that owned the car before me had them custom painted on to the tune of $4500. Most just have the skinny decal stripes from Dodge.

I've never lived anywhere the population density was low enough, the roads were empty enough, or the traffic lights, signs, and roads unfriendly enough to driving longer than 2 minutes before stopping to make that true. The Jedi Master

I'm driving one of these... And, I got my first ticket last week. I was lucky, I was going over 120mph before he clocked me going 83. Next up, a good radar detector. (check out the Escort Redline!) Trying to talk wife into stripes...

Actually I did the opposite. The wife had a stripe and I convinced her to get rid of it and go without.
