Has anyone downloaded the demo and compared the files with Flanker 1.x? We are hanging this guy by the neck without even making sure of what we are accusing him for is 100% accurate! His cockpit looks very similar but it could be his own work in reference to the real thing. Very similar situation happened to an F-16C cockpit that was made for MS:FS2000 that looks too much like Ben Hur's Falcon4 cockpit! Lets get to the facts and then hit this person with the undeniable truth and probably help this guy work in the proper path of righteousness. We need more Flight simulator developers, new blood into the industry so this hobby will not die. Get the fact then prosecute if needed.

Read his posting where he states that he does use the artwork. Read my response where I wish him well (as long as he does not sell the product.) Just the facts.

I apologize for jumping the gun, I did not read that post until now. But anyways we all should point him to the proper path of simulation development and even maybe give him a job with a western company if he is good enough for it. We need resources for this type of market niche but I do understand SSI's position in their rights to protect their hard work just as anyone elses.

The F-16 pit for FS2000 that you were talking about, I know the one you mean - are you saying it turned out NOT to be a ripoff of Benhur's pit? Because that was the first thing I thought of when I saw it, and in the readme I thought the guy even said that he just took it from an unnamed Falcon4 add-on pit.

Yellow-Sea - you obviously have talent, my question to you is wouldn't you rather model typical Chinese aircraft, Fantan, Harbins etc which would attract a new following, rather than re-inventing Flanker which we all know and love?

And DI's Tornado was coded by four out of who one did the real simulation code while the rest worked on GUI, Campaign, mission creation, etc..

Now THAT'S what we need--sims with the newer gen fighters in them. I don't just mean the F-22 or EF2K/Typhoon, those are around. I mean the planes like the J-10!
