I'm getting vehicle contacts from 30nm out, with it becoming clearer at 27nm. Instead of "popping out" like they used to do, they now "emerge from the haze" which is better. Same for buildings... I hated not having anything... and then VIOLA, they just pop out in clear detail. Grr!

In deference of lazy people, their update process is pretty convoluted....

That is why there is my How-To post to help people through the mess. It's pretty confusing at the start, but not after you've done it a few times.

When your update process requires a pretty thorough how-to, that equals convoluted in my book.

Make sure you update that thread with the latest full installer. Also a warning. do NOT overwrite new stuff with old backups, mainly the User/Config folder. There's some new stuff in falcon bms.cfg file, so only copy your personal files (.lbk,...) and .key files.

When your update process requires a pretty thorough how-to, that equals convoluted in my book. Oh absolutely! IIRC event the BMS devs admitted to this when Update 2 and 3 came out. Make sure you update that thread with the latest full installer.

I could.... Update 5 should follow just the same steps as Updates 1-4, so if anyone were to go to Update 5, it shouldn't be a problem.
