Managed to clear this coming long weekend and thought I'd get familiar with the Huey.
Bought and downloaded last night and won't install because the download on ED's site is not compatible with the latest updated DCS world !!
Raised a ticket with ED...but guess what ....no response.
Expected more from ED after taking my $50....at least a warning on their product page. Wish I'd bought the VRS Superbug now.
Beware any one else buying the Huey at the moment. Use the module manager to update your Huey Module to the newest version. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=106453

I've had problems with my account login before and ED have responded pretty fast.

It will takes months for Ed to respond to your ticket, seriously. I agree my last ticket took 6 weeks for a response , great customer service ... NOT I raised a ticket 2 days ago , lets see how they do this time

I sent a ticket the other day and had an answer not long after, as I said I have never had bad response times from ED.

My ISP also has dynamic IPs and I haven't had a problem. In fact, that's a very common system, at least in the US - I'd be quite surprised if any major site banned folks because their IP changed. I also log into sites from different networks - friends' homes, work (shh!) - which would show up as an IP changed and I haven't even gotten so much as a warning. Sounds like there must be another issue. What's your username on the ED forums? I'll see if I can get some more information on your account for you.
