Well, I don't. I have everything by default there. Not even touched the thing since I installed the drivers (275.33 btw) and everything woks perfectly (again, with 275.33, other newer versions made it CTD after 10 minutes into a mission).
When you're feeling sad, just remember that somewhere in the world, there's someone pushing a door that says "pull".
