50 bucks though... man that is hard to justify. Anyone bought it yet? What does the campaign look like?

If I had ANY money I'd buy it.

Yes I do believe it is worth. My Personal Opinion...

It is more expensive than I would have liked, and I might not be able to keep purchasing add-ons at the $49 dollar level, but I am looking for hi-fidelity sims and this is it :-)

Completely agree with you, Fridge - and mine has 21 minutes left to finish downloading biggrin

I was a little wary - the word 'extreme' (as in flight model) always has me thinking twice (it can be too extreme) - but what the heck?

PS - all the HTTP/FTP servers were r-e-a-l-l-y s-l-o-w here in the UK, except for No5 in Germany, which was normal speed wink

The 1.2.4 download is very s l o w. Huey won't install without it so I will have time to cook dinner and work the rest of the week until that download is done. I wonder if I could catch the late night flight to Moscow and then the red eye back tomorrow morning with a 1.2.4 DVD... hmm

Well, although I have had my UH-1H module for a while now, v1.2.4 is downloading at 4kB/s - that's about ¼ dial-up speed and would take several days to download all 1.3GB so it looks like I won't be able to use the module I've just shelled out $49.99 on for a couple of days.

Really sux paying that amount for modules when the servers are not up to the job. Knew I should have waited for the next sale.

The autoupdate servers are being hammered by thousands of users updating at the same time, unfortunately. frown

World of Tanks uses torrent for patches / updates and install. Works wonderfully...always fast due to torrent tech. *Hint hint to ED*
