Love tanks and tank sims. So ya, I'd buy it if it were decent. If it had multiplayer option then it would be even better.

well I said US made armor as personally miss that SO much. And at least German stuff was in K42. But ya... 3 playable tanks per side if a TRUE sim out the door.... unlikly to ever see that. If you where to actually do that with legit insides and the like.,... EEEK. No insides you can go nuts alot more easy. Or unless I guess do 3 types of same model.. like pz 4 D/E, F1/F2, etc etc. Or M4a1 early, m4a1 mid, m4a1 76mm gun plus wet stowage, M4a1 75mm wet stowage. blabla bla. AND no small companys/outfits have the pockets to do so much at once. Why legit flight sims have 1 plane. tanks are easier than a plane, but not by much with their own set of issues. But doing something like playable half tracks and stuff. Those are straight forward. And add more in....often ignored in gameland. Considering some in ww2 had BIG guns themselves..........
Actually m4a2 (used by Marnines and alot of lend lease) and m4a3 may not be much differnt on the insides at all.
WOT would have FAILED epic had been single player only.

Every one will use a Tiger. If the game is modeled realistically German armor will have the advantage, because everyone wouldn't work together and beat them the way they were really beat.
When I get America's Armor finished, I will be switching all the models to WWII models and tweaking the code to suit the difference in armor and rounds.
I voted HELL YES btw...:)

I voted yes with some provisions. 1). I do agree German tanks are needed but some kind of parity is needed too. The M4 Sherman up against the PzIII or PzIV would be acceptable. If there are Tigers and Panthers then the Firefly should be available (even if not historical for US Army) or the ability to call up air support on the US Army side (since the allies did have air superiority by this time) or an readly available supply of HVAP rounds. Having Panthers and Tigers eating Shermans for breakfast all the time would not be good gameplay if you choose the US Army side. Like AA said it would make MP a total mess. 2). MP is important but not to the point that the simulator becomes MP top heavy with SP just thrown in as kind of an afterthought. Maybe limited to platoon vs platoon ? 3). Dynamic campaign is always a plus.

I'm not allowed to have an opinion until 2017 so I will not vote. The TigerI is not a great tank. It is a good gun with great optics, mounted inside a heavy steal box, facing thinner skinned opponents. The TigerI at Bovinton was captured by 57mm armed Churchills. The 88mm gun of the Tiger has an advantage due to the mass of the shell. The greater the mass of shell vs thickness of armor, the less affect created by angle of impact. That is why the low Vo 152s of the Soviets were effective. A 6X lens could be fitted to the Firely's optics. That is the main advantage over the US 76mm firing HVAP. Most US 76mm HVAP ammo was given to the TD units. Terrain (or line of sight) and objective are the primary deciding factors for the outcome of a 1v1 fight. Given an M18 and a TigerI within a fog giving only 500m visability, I would take the M18.

The M18 is my favorite WW2 armored vehicle. You put that in there, and you've got at least one sale.

I'm thinking that if you were to start with three tanks per side, I'd go with; Sherman, Churchill, M-18 (or M10). Germans would have the Panther, PZKW MK4, and the STUG. Good start, I think.

Yah, I find that description a little odd.I figured that Google either totally fumbled the ball on that translation,or Graviteam is going to do some kind of DLC that involves a hypothetical NATO vs Warsaw Pact that Andrey considers pure fantasy and deserves the name "Spherical Tanks in a Vacuum". or Maybe they decided to run with your Mutant Zombie Space Nazis from the Moon DLC.
