I think many of us will have a soft spot for good ole sabow. I will. But STUPID issues with publisher I sware to GAWD maimed it before it got a chance to really shine.

Whu.....lol right now I making a model of M50 super sherman in 1 :35 scale. You have no idea how tempted I am to try and do SOMETHING at somepoint with the IDF concept in SOME form. Maybe way off in future...... But 73 war I think would be vary interesting. As why the hell publishers will put out US forces in Iraq or Afganistan (BAD TASTE BTW......FOOKING ARSE HATS when those wars where/still going on....some of us where IN/where in THEM and jack arses make a buck) but will not touch Isreal Arab conflicts. WIERD. In 73 if handled right I see NO reason why either side would have a problem with sim that historically recreated battle. Isreal KNOWS it was on the ropes and barly held on. Arab world KNOWS Isreal was on the ropes and barly held on... Its after math allowed Eygpt to hold its head high and make a lasting peace (I hope it stays that way). There was no dishonor in that peace. Eygpt at least showed the world that infantry forces acting alone could blunt armor by ITSELF and changed tactics for everyone. Isreal showed that even on the ropes in near defeat they where a dangrous foe. If you gave an inch they would take that inch and grab another. As for Syria........not a fan. Lacked inovation and was quite brutal and way to many war crimes for my taste. So I personally would just flat ignore they ever existed. I think they could do alot better with their leadership.....I hope they do.

I'm going over a Walker Bulldog at 1:35 scale at the moment. Where did you find the Super Sherman? Lol. If you ever decide you want to help with the IDF mod, feel free. I'm certainly not adding much besides changing around stuff that's already in game.

This guy (m50 super sherman) is put out by cyber hobby. Its a rerelease of an older Dragon models m50 super sherman. It is not quite up to snuff of Dragons current offerings (they are GOOD) but not bad at all. Has a couple issues in the model. The drive wheels and idler wheel at rear are not aligned quite right. As this kit was pretty much a manufactors kit bash I can live with jurry riggin/fixing those issues. Ok allready did using extra parts that where repurposed in kit. But as far as i know this is the only m50 model out there. There are at least 3 for the m51 super sherman...... I want to do that one too. INSANE big gun on the ole sherman. But honestly next stuff will be early ww2 stuff. AS for doing something with IDF. Hands are just to full with the Longstop project. ITS FREAKEN HUGE project. THe polygon is probably a little more than 50 percent complete but looks like something now. Redoing a soldier mesh for Germans........thats in progress. It will go off to Night Postman for textures. From that I hope to learn all the basics to bring in totally new soldier models for US/UK infantry. Finish all that, make a few more small arms stuff, m3 37mm AT gun, 6 pounder AT gun.... Finish polygon.....resolve issues with APOS/GTOS ai hating hills. Make campagins....test....release. Then if it works out and is liked......DO US ARMOR. And at least churchill tank for UK. Expand out polygon and do other battles in Medjez valley. Ok so LONG time before I can do anything else. Maybe next year LOL>
