Glad to see some progress. Kind of mean to mention that old donators get to try it out when you could just keep quiet about that, but at least they've got something in the works.

Part of me is like "That's it...?"

Not trying to be a downer but this is the project that seems to constantly be stuck near neutral.

I know. But they're a small group of guys doing it with no cash and part time.

The masses want brainless "rail" shooters like Modern Warfare. Though I wonder if the failure of the latest medal of honor game might make developers re-think their approach to shooters and go more open world?

Hopefully it spawns some innovation. Developers are starting to realize that Call of Duty's sales are just as much about name recognition as gameplay. Just copying what they do doesn't mean blockbuster anymore. They need to start differentiating themselves.

A grip, silencer AND a scope? What witchcraft is this that lets you customise your weapon how you want instead of going off some unwritten computer game law that normally doesnt allow that?!!!!

Not if we get out and hustle on it's behalf.

So get out there and spread those positive vibes.

Another way to look at it.... They have human models, some sort of enviromental art going, and a basic weapon system in place. Assuming it works right. Which means if it DOES work right they maybe closer than you think. If all the basics are covered its just more and more content thats needed. Assuming wahtever game engine is how they want it. Adding in bazillion guns that pretty much do the same thing would not be hard at that point. However, I keep asking myself why you need a bazillion guns that do pretty much the same thing. IMO better to do fewer right than game land stupid over a hole bunch. And if the gun barby dool accessaries actually effect the preformace of aspects of the weapon..... well why do you need a bazillion guns again?

I've been involved in allot of game development over the years and this doesn't even qualify as an art demo, much less an update!! I'm all for staying positive and hopeful, but if this is the best they can show to encourage support, this project is in trouble.

I'm a reasonable guy, but I've just experienced some very unreasonable things...
